A carefully designed plan including all your workouts and cardio if necessary. Each workout will have exercises that you need to complete and track in the system. We will closely monitor your progress for each exercise and guide you if any issues arise. Weekly check-in will allow us to see if any changes need to be implemented to your program. Marcin is a wonderful trainer and helped me target specific muscle groups by discussing what exercises are the best and other valuable pieces of information such as how many reps, and how long my recovery times should be for optimal muscle growth. Overall Marcin is a excellent pt and i wouldn’t go with anybody else, definitely recommend if you want to see results.

Highly recommend. I've been training with Marcin for a year now and the results have been excellent. Marcin puts a lot of emphasis on getting form and technique right (unlike some other PTs I've seen...) which has allowed me to train consistently without picking up new, or aggravating, old injuries. Two years ago I tore my quadriceps tendon, after working on the area with Marcin it is now stronger than ever and will take whatever is thrown at it (weights or running). There is no trace of the old injury. Where my fitness is at now, there is no way I could have achieved this without working with Marcin. The sessions are always well planned, well implemented and enjoyable. Marcin is very passionate and professional about the training he provides and at same time is organised and communicative.

I have trained with Marcin for a couple of years now and can say he is the best thing I have invested in regards my health and fitness. Marcin never judges me, he does however educate me and finds the most suitable ways of getting the best out of me. I am fit, healthy and most of all happy with myself and that is down to a person who is passionate and dedicated to making me achieve my goals. He never ceases to amaze me on his knowledge and ability to adapt to every scenario and situation. He has taught me more than he will ever know and I would highly recommend anyone to train with Marcin regardless of ability.

I have been passionate about sports, health, and fitness for many years. I made my first steps in the gym when I was 13 years old and I haven't stopped since. I have developed a huge passion for exercise, biomechanics, human biology, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, psychology, and more. I have developed in-depth knowledge of all the above subjects over the years. This allows me to pick the most optimal tools for achieving health and fitness goals.
