I am a 1-2-1 personal trainer and online fitness coach based in the UK. I’ve had a passion for sports, health, and fitness for many years. I made my first steps in the gym when I was 13 years old and I haven't stopped since. I have developed a huge passion for exercise, biomechanics, human biology, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, psychology, and more. I have developed in-depth knowledge of all the above subjects over the years. This allows me to pick the most optimal tools for achieving health and fitness goals.
Besides owning a business, I have two beautiful daughters. As someone who lives a busy lifestyle, I understand how challenging it can be to fit healthy eating and exercise into the daily schedule.
The mission of my business is to provide the UK's best online personal training and online coaching service and shape your body and mind as quickly and sustainably as possible!
